Enabling your child to fulfil their natural potential

Application/Fees

::: FINAL PLACES FOR SEPTEMBER 2010 NOW AVAILABLE! :::

 Please confirm your booking now to avoid disapointment!

The school is run on a full time basis, and the fee for the 2010-11 year is £2,300 per term. This breaks down to only around £191 per week over an average 12-week term (this fee is reduced for those who are three or over; please see below).

We have a flexible approach to fee payment, and as such offer three ways in which to pay your fees each term (there are three terms in one school year);

·         By cash, cheque or bank transfer in full each term, qualifying you for a 5% discount on the fee;
o    This reduces the fee to be paid to just £2,185.00. This breaks down to just over £182.08 per week over an average 12 week term.

·         By monthly direct debit over 11 months, allowing you to spread the cost;
o    Each instalment (beginning the September your child starts school and ending July the next year) would be £627.28 (totalling £2,300 per term) and is paid at the beginning of each month.

·         In part or full with childcare vouchers, sometimes available from where you work.
o    If you pay part or all of the fee with childcare vouchers, you will pay the full fee of £2,300.
o    If childcare vouchers pay only a part of the fee, the remainder can be paid either in full or by monthly direct debit, the choice is yours!

All fees are payable in advance.

::: Please note we are no longer able to accept cheque as a form of payment other than when paying in full. Please pay by monthly direct debit if you would like to pay monthly or in instalments. This is to keep in line with the phasing out of cheques. :::

The Grant

Every child who attends our school is eligible for the government’s childcare grant. It is available from the term AFTER the child’s third birthday.

The grant amount varies from term to term (based on both the length of the term and what the funding amount is). The year 2010-11 has not yet been announced, but is currently worth a very generous £10.12 per day, which is £606.96 for the next term.

This amount will automatically be deducted from your fees from the term after your child’s third birthday.

This will reduce the termly fee as follows;
  • Parents who pay in cash, cheque or bank transfer in full (with the 5% discount) will now only pay £1,578.04 (£131.50 per week);
  • Parents who pay by part or full childcare vouchers, will pay just £1,693.04
  • Parents who by monthly direct debit will pay instalments of £153.91 (total £1,693.04 per term).

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers as full or part payment, in lump sums or monthly.

We currently accept vouchers from the following providers;
  • Sodexho
  • Care 4
  • Busybees
  • Accor
  • Kids Unlimited
  • Fidelity

If your place of work offers vouchers by another provider, please let us know, and we will be happy to add them to our list!

We recommend that you activate your childcare vouchers as early as possible, even before your child starts school, in order to build up enough credit to really make a difference to your fees.

Applications for our Waiting List

If you are interested in a place in our school, please fill in and return the attached application form. This puts you on our non-obligation waiting list, and will mean that you are automatically invited to all of our school events (such as coffee mornings and open evenings), giving you a chance to get to know us and our school better before you need to make any decisions.

Getting onto our waiting list early also means that once bookings open for the term or year you are interested in, you will be offered a place first!

If, however, you are sure that you want your child to be in our school, you can secure your place in advance with a non-refundable £100 deposit, which will be subtracted from your first term's fees. This guarantees your child’s place in school with us.

Our waiting list is usually very full, so it is advisable to get your name down as early as possible to avoid disappointment!

Of course, we operate a full equal opportunities enrolment policy, as we do throughout our school, and as such applications are treated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please give us a call to discuss this or any other matter!
